Store Policies
- All orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific time Monday through Friday will ship same day and after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day
- Your order will ship via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS. Larger orders may also ship via Freight Service. Rush delivery is available upon request.
- All shipping charges quoted are to the Continental US. Non continental US customers please e-mail us at orders@upaknship.com for a shipping quote
- We do ship internationally however please contact us at orders@upaknship.com for the shipping rate to your area.
RETURNS
Please e-mail us at orders@upaknship.com to receive your return instructions and please return the unwanted merchandise within 30 days.
Note: Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on cancelled orders.
